Garten Series
The origins of the name Rosenthal mean a “person who came from an area where there was a valley of Roses”. Rosenthal is an affluent area in Germany, known for its beautiful gardens, with its coat of arms displaying a wheel surrounded by roses. Thus “Garten”, refers to a Garden of Roses. With strong symbolic ties to the Rose, our Garten label reflects these historical ties to this beautiful flora.

GARTEN SERIES – Sauvignon Blanc
Brilliant medium straw. Lifted bouquet of green beans and cut grass. The palate is fresh and zesty with citrus and grassy characters abundant.

Brilliant medium straw. Lifted bouquet of nectarine, waxy citrus leaf and toasty oak. The palate has a beautiful elegant structure combining weight and richness with delicate spicy, vanillin oak flavours wrapped around a grapefruit acidity.

GARTEN SERIES – Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep crimson with a purple hue. Perfumed nose of dark berries and savoury characters. The palate is full of juicy berries and earthy notes that are well supported by fine tannins.

Deep crimson with a purple hue. Lifted bouquet of plums, violets and a splash of earthiness. On the palate, berry and spice persist through to a smooth silkiness that balances the fine tannins and delivers a long savoury finish.

Deep crimson with a purple hue. Lifted bouquet of bramble fruits, plum and spice with subtle savoury oak. Full round mouthfeel of dark fruits and cherry that are well supported by fine tannins.
